  • Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Items

  • I. Introduction

  • At TVPARTSSales, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, in the event that a product purchased from our website is defective or damaged, we have a clear and fair return policy in place.

  • II. Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be defective or damaged upon receipt, and the customer must notify us within 30 days of purchase. The customer must provide photo evidence of the defect or damage to TVPARTSSales within this time frame. If the customer fails to notify us within 30 days of purchase, the product will not be eligible for a return.

  • III. Return Process

  • Once TVPARTSSales has received the customer’s notification and photo evidence, we will provide the customer with a return shipping label. The customer must then ship the defective or damaged product back to TVPARTSSales using this shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it is indeed defective or damaged. If we determine that the product is indeed defective or damaged, we will issue a refund to the customer’s original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If the returned product is found to be in good condition and not defective or damaged, TVPARTSSales reserves the right to refuse the return and/or charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

  • IV. Exclusions

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used in any way by the customer (except for necessary testing to determine if the product is defective or damaged)
    Products that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged due to mishandling during shipping (except for damage caused by carrier negligence)
    Custom orders or special orders that were clearly labeled as non-returnable at the time of purchase
    Any products that are not sold directly by TVPARTSSales (e.g., third-party sellers)
    Any products that are returned without proper notification and/or photo evidence as outlined in Section II of this policy.
